Hello! I was recently required to go to the Lufthansa Airlines Rome Office to make some changes to tickets, and I had a truly positive experience. I was greeted right from the get-go with efficiency and friendliness by the personnel. They did not hesitate when answering my questions and took particular care to keep me informed through each stage. I was a bit concerned initially when some last-minute changes happened to my flight, but the staff was very cooperative and worked hard to make sure that I received the optimum available options. The office itself is also very large and clean, and it is a nice place to wait. Although there were a few customers waiting before me, I never felt rushed, and the employees went out of their way to provide individualized attention to each individual. What I liked best was the straightforward communication regarding all my options and the attempt to identify solutions most appropriate for my requirements. The whole experience was quite smooth, and I went out of the office feeling assured about my future travel arrangements. Highly recommend the Lufthansa office in Rome to anyone in need of booking or amendment assistance!
