Hi there! I must remark that the customer service at the Oman Air BNE Terminal was outstanding during my recent flight. The personnel was cordial, competent, and effective from check-in to boarding. They ensured that everything ran without a hitch and were always available to answer any queries. The terminal itself has a great vibe because it was tidy and well-organized. I felt well-cared for overall, and because of Oman Air's excellent service, I will most certainly use them again!
